Operation Keep Schools Safe Initiative
We at Alabama Canine Law Enforcement Officers Training Center are already contracted across the country, at facilities and educational buildings, that are taking the appropriate steps to safeguard their children and faculty from not only narcotics, but to also ensure the overall safety of those we are charged with protecting.
We believe that the biggest threat to our next generation of leaders is the Opioid and Narcotics epidemic that is currently going on in the country. In 2017 over 70,000 Americans died from Narcotic overdoses and out of that total number approximately over 6,000 were young adults and kids. This statistic is shocking and is growing rapidly. It is a major problem and why we are here to help!
Our service provides a Civilian Narcotics Detection K9 team, (One Handler and One Canine), that can come to your school properties and conduct narcotics detections services.
The benefit we find in the Civilian K9 teams versus police, is in an approach that does not instill fear or fosters a negative connotation that your students and staff could have about law enforcement. Compared to using Law Enforcement, we have found that our teams can build easier relationships with Students and the services could possibly be less interfered with and less obstructed.
Our search services are conducted by a certified K9 Handler, and a Certified Narcotic Detection Canine. These canines are certified to find all major Narcotics and Opioids and the certification is an international PSP certification.
Alabama Canine is an internationally recognized company with over 30 years of experience. We have provided services to local, state, federal, and international governments, NGO’s, and private entities.
We have multiple options and can tailor individual client plans based on the needs of the client for our Narcotic Search service. Our clients can use us weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly. We have affordable prices based on the size and type of locations, as well as discounts for more frequent use.
Not only does the search service help detect narcotics and other controlled dangerous substances, but it also serves as a deterrent for other issues. We also have an Explosive Detection Search service as well if the need arises.
